The Fibre Clinix experience starts in salon with a professional consultation and continues at home with a prescribed home care regime according to your client's individual hair needs to maintain and prolong results until the next salon visit.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Orders are dispatched from our distribution gateway within 48 hours of being received. Estimated time of delivery is within 2 to 5 working days depending on where the delivery must be done. Clear communication will be sent via email from when the order is placed until your parcel arrives. No orders will be couriered outside the borders of South Africa.
Please ensure that you provide a valid street address where somebody will be available to receive the parcel between 8am and 5pm as the courier service cannot provide specific delivery times. If you are unlikely to be at your selected delivery address during those hours, please provide an alternative address at the time of ordering.
