Orders are dispatched from our distribution gateway within 48 hours of being received. Estimated time of delivery is within 2 to 5 working days depending on where the delivery must be done. Clear communication will be sent via email from when the order is placed until your parcel arrives. No orders will be couriered outside the borders of South Africa.
Please ensure that you provide a valid street address where somebody will be available to receive the parcel between 8am and 5pm as the courier service cannot provide specific delivery times.
